KyaKhaye

Terms of Use

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the KyaKhaye apps for iPhone and Android. By downloading or using KyaKhaye, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What KyaKhaye does

KyaKhaye suggests places to eat based on your location, your taste profile and the weather. Suggestions are for inspiration only. We can't guarantee that a place is open, that its menu, prices or dietary information are current, or that you'll enjoy it.

Place information

Ratings, photos, opening hours and other place details come from Google Places and from our own notes. They may be incomplete or out of date. Dietary and allergen flags are a guide only: always check with the restaurant before you eat, especially if you have an allergy.

KyaKhaye Premium

  • Browsing, ratings, the Palate Compass and weather-aware picks are free. Saving places and building lists need KyaKhaye Premium.
  • Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
